A Helping Hand Food and Clothes Bank

Find them on Facebook HERE

A Helping Hand is a food and clothes bank run by volunteers.

Located: Avenida Deva 315, in El Chaparral, 03184.

Telephone: 611 692 846

Opening hours: Tuesday and Friday from 10 am to 1 pm.

This charity has over 300 families on its books doing its best to supply people with basic daily needs. Much of the donated items are split into smaller bottles or containers so everyone gets a share (things such as fabric conditioner, washing up liquid, coffee, etc.).

A Helping Hand has joined Teaming to allow people to safely donate money. This website is extremely safe and allows you to sign up to donate €1 a month. Click here to see the website.

Donations can be brought to the Quesada Tech shop and BIg FM office. Because of the lack of space at the shop and office, we have limited the list to items desperately needed, no toys etc, blankets, or furniture as we have no where to put them. These items can be donated in the Helping Hand premises in El Chaparral Tuesdays and Fridays from 10 am to 1 pm.

All donations are gratefully received. All of you, our fantastic listeners, have always supported us when trying to help those in  need, and now we are once again asking you to open your hearts and help those who so desperately need our support.
