Details of the role: 

You will be working in the front office, which entails the following: 

  • Welcoming customers 
  • Resolving software questions on phones, tablets, and computers 
  • Selling devices and accessories 
  • Selling and setting up SIM cards 
  • Ordering products as needed 
  • Basic book keeping 

This position is part-time, for 20 to 30 hours a week, and comes with a contract, so applicants must be legal to work in Spain. 

 

Skills necessary: 

  • An understanding of the ways phones, tablets, and computers work, and the ability to resolve basic issues with them 
  • Patience 
  • Strong communication skills 
  • A positive, cheerful attitude 

 

Languages required: 

  • English – native or bilingual 
  • Spanish – fluent 
  • Other languages will be valued 

 

Experience required: 

  • Previous experience in retail is preferred
