Details of the role:
You will be working in the front office, which entails the following:
- Welcoming customers
- Resolving software questions on phones, tablets, and computers
- Selling devices and accessories
- Selling and setting up SIM cards
- Ordering products as needed
- Basic book keeping
This position is part-time, for 20 to 30 hours a week, and comes with a contract, so applicants must be legal to work in Spain.
Skills necessary:
- An understanding of the ways phones, tablets, and computers work, and the ability to resolve basic issues with them
- Patience
- Strong communication skills
- A positive, cheerful attitude
Languages required:
- English – native or bilingual
- Spanish – fluent
- Other languages will be valued
Experience required:
- Previous experience in retail is preferred
